When would I need oral surgery?

When can I exercise after oral surgery?

You should not exercise at all for 24 hours following your oral surgery. Doing too much too soon can actually slow the healing process. For example, vigorous exercise can loosen the blood clot on an extraction site and cause dry socket. After the first day, perform only low-impact exercises for several more days as a precaution.
